For any of you with RMS... there is now a new piece of software available for use with the RMS track piece called yascart (yet another slot car timer). The software is totally free!

The software is designed to be as simple as possible and in my oppioion is a vast improvement to the current RMS software. Everything is nice and easy to see and the lap times and lap count are in nice big numbers/letters!! This makes a big difference when racing!!!

I have installed the software on my PC and it worked first time without any problems.

How good/accurate is the actual RMS hardware? Isn't it scalextric? I don't know anything about it.

Just wonder if it is legal to distribute this software , even if it is for free, isn't this 'reverse engineering ' ?
I guess Scalextric won't mind since you have to buy the RMS system in the first place to be able to use this alternative software..
