I have a saftey car pit bay and have reversed lc and have two sensors in saftey car, one in the middle as per normal and one to the side , the size of the board makes it hard to get
the sensor for pit entry in the right spot, does anyone know or have piggy backed a pitlane board for another sensor.?

Hi Glen,
I've not seen this done but there is no harm in trying it .....

This photo is from a thread were the guy wanted to move the sensors further apart on the track so he chopped the PCB as shown below:

You might need to watch out for the extra electrical chatter from the extra sensor as the circuitry and firmware are prone to extraneous light sources.

All good i used a board from an old lane change , now my saftey car returns home every time

Nice one .....


It's good to see so much work going on at all levels to make the electronics a bit more useful ...
