I have noticed that most people building routed tracks comment that making curbs is time consuming.
My tip is to use whay is know as " T " mould used by joiners to finish MDF furniture. This is available is many colours but by using white then masking and painting the red sections. The leg can be cut off or even better when routing the slots route another 1/8 slot and the leg can be tapped down into the slot and the curb fits flush with the track.
I believe that carpet layers also use this product when finishing carpet against tiles.
