Hi Guys
Yippe…………… I don't think I could say anything else really. If you look over the results of this event you will see just how many times I came second to Mick K in the Gp class, so to finally win it is something special. I thought there would be a real chance for some of the visitors, as the track layout has changed and was new to all of us, also the surface so green the grip was changing all the time. Maybe the new tire prep I was using worked after all.

The standard of cars and driving was very high.
Old boys and young guns. Unfortunately probably discussing the true-speed controllers and how long it will last.
I don't know why but I didn't take any pictures of the Saloon concourse but I know Mick will be posting some results soon.

Mick L. good to see someone come from so far. He was blindingly quick and admitted he could have driven better. I hope we will see him with his club mates soon. It was this Mick that gave me the name Loudbloke

Just a quick word to thank everyone, especially Mick K who is the force behind this event. A big thanks to everyone that built the new clubroom. There are a few bits that will be changed and improved. It took a lot longer than it was thought and it was a real shame the Double Trouble was dropped but I am sure the next events will be better and stronger in the new premises.
