The material is Polyurethan foam!
(Witch is used as insulation for ex windows)

When it's hardend it's carveble like styrofoam!

as a tip put clingfilm(wrap) on a piece of bord or track then spray the formations you like and after it has hardend you can remove the plastic and the piece is moveable!
