I havent seen anyone ask yet so I thought I would start asking this year.

Looking at past years they seem to have chosen a resent release car from the previous year such at the Aston Martin, Merc SLR and last year the Audi R8 so what could this years be.

Well I would have said possibly the Veyron, oh hold on that didn't get released.
Maybe the Fiesta Rally, oh hold on.

So I'm thinking possibly one of the following

McLaren MP4-12
Ford RS200
Corvette C6R

Personally they all sound great as long as they put a little thought into the livery.

So, does anyone else want to add to the wish list?

I've got no idea what they'll produce, but I'd like to beg them to produce the #60 Essex Wire GT40 from Le Mans 1966, driven by Jochen Neerpasch and six times Le Mans winner Jacky Ickx. They've already produced the #59 car, so it shouldn't be too hard to do the #60 too. It's a GT40, so will definitely sell!

Sean,

I would have to agreed with you and would love them to, however as they can't seem to get their act together and release the limited edition twin pack which they even had on show at Gaydons, what chance do we have that they will get a club car ready in time.

As long as they don't drag up some old model they have already used, I think a lot of people are bored with the range and would want something new, I know for one that I do.

I reckon it will be the Corvette, it fits in with the Audi R8 and the previous cars of the Mercedes and Aston Martin. Can't see them doing the McLaren MP4-12C unless they change the body to the GT3 version and add a big rear spoiler (I hope they do this next year as it looks fantastic!)

Wouldn't have thought the Veyron as they haven't released the first model yet.

My other guess is an LMP car like the Audi R10 or Peugeot 908HDI.

Hmmm, the last 3 years have all been similar types of car (R8, Aston Martin & Merc) so hopefully it won't be a Corvette or a McLaren mp3 12in. I was hoping it would be a Caterham last year, which is still possible, so I'll throw that in.
Also would be happy with an MGB, or Beetle, or a Mini, or a D Type, but top of my list would have to be a team GB bicycle.
Cheers,
Richard

I think that they will do the GT3 version of the Mclaren MP4-12C. My second guess would be the Supersports livery of the Bugatti Veyron.

Either way, I will be renewing my membership. Just hope that the Rand doesn't get weaker...

What no midnight release on 1/1, only reason I stay up to see in new year!

I would like RS200

Let's hope this year the slot companies actually release the cars tey tell us in January, lost count of how many cars didn't come out, and not just Scalextric. Even late s better than not at all, although sticking to the time scales they tell us would be the best option.

Def not worth £30+ you pay for the membership but what can you do if you are someone like me who already renewed at the end of last year!?

I've been looking forward to the release of the new club car and now I have seen it, all I can say is that I am completely underwhelmed!!! I like the model and I think the colour I could get used too, but no real decals.... I would have loved to see it as a racing livery. Just my opinion I am sure some will like it and I am sure I will still renew my membership! Even worse I am sure that colour is Man City blue.....
