They aren't a million miles awayI'm still waiting for the Esprits I pre ordered for 2021. Doesn't look like they'll be forthcoming this year.
A Porsche 911 RSR in Martini livery, please!Hi all,
We should shortly be hearing news of what Scalextric has to offer in 2022. What are you hoping they announce?
when it’s released try the new RSR!A bit radical, but something that runs properly with magnet/s removed.
So based on the advent calendar, we're getting a new BTCC car with Jade Edwards livery thenI think if you pay attention to the Advent Calendar, particularly todays you may see some clues......
And the delays have not affected new tooling. Reliveries yes, but not new tooling items

1. The revival of Scalextric's "Race-Tuned" sub-brand. A modern version of it, with cars fitted with decent wheels and bearings as a minimum. Slot.it, NSR, Scaleauto, Sideways, Thunderslot and others have shown that there's a market for it and that plenty of people are prepared to pay £55+ for a decent slot car. What are you hoping they announce?
Agree with you about the Chevron B8 , as a youngster reading his weekly fix of Motoring News it was one of my favourite race cars.No chance of race tuned cars. I know how many the race pro cars manufacturers make, and with us for our margins etc, it just doesn't work out. But, as said before, we are working to make our cars handle better and perform better.
I shall speak to the online team regarding the written word!
But i am sure some of you will be delighted on Jan 10th, others less so, but thats life! Sadly still no Chevron B8 yet for me, so il join those patiently waiting. Expect more teasers (or teazers, or malteasers) on the advent calendar
