I have a Scalextric Arc Pro Powerbase C8435 that came with a European 220v AC adapter model #P9309W can I use an adapter or change the plug end to work with USA 110 volt ?
And if you're planning/expecting to run more than 3 cars at once, you'll want two. At that point, it's cheaper to get a proper adjustable bench power supply like these:
Buy Kungber DC Power Supply Variable, 30V 10A Adjustable Switching Regulated DC Bench Linear Power Supply with 4-Digits LED Power Display 5V/2A USB Output, Coarse and Fine Adjustments with Alligator Leads at Amazon. Customer reviews and photos may be available to help you make the right purchase...

along with some 5mm (I think?) DC barrel plugs and wire to connect it to the ARC Pro. You can even get them pre-wired:

@RikoRocket is that the correct size of DC barrel plug?
Ok thanks, everything that I read said if was labeled 110v/220v then it could be done for general items, but wanted to check for in particular if anyone has done it to Scalextric Arc Pro which states only 220v on adapter. And thanks guys for info on power supply that was my thoughts instead of buying a Scalextric 110v adapter. In a new power supply should I be going with 10amp or 5amp?
