I've made windshields for the Lotus 16's using the clear plastic covers from all types of food items.
Even if you have half a screen you can tape it to the plastic, trace it, turn it over and trace the other side to create the full screen.
Use some nail scissors to cut to shape.
I'll then hold it at the 2 ends, heat it with a hair dryer and slowly pull it into the desired shape by moving your fingers forward to crease the front of the screen.
Without heating the screen you can get the 'white' crease line to show which you don't want.
I've done this for cars that I've purchased without screens, but do replace them with originals if I can.
Just an idea that may help.
