The thing is, if any of you had one, you wouldn't dare play with it in case of reducing its value. If you did play with it, you would get bored useless just as quickly as the few people did who bought them in the first place! Then you would realise you had all this money tied up in something that was giving no pleasure to anyone, least of all yourself. So you would sell it, hopefully for a small profit, but that would not be guaranteed. And then you would see it on Ebay a few months later and want to buy it all over again!
There's nowt so queer as folk!

Rich, mostly because they were considered to be fairly crappy cars, even at the time. They were bought on the limited life strength of a James Bond wave, rather than as decent slot cars and that's why they didn't sell very well.
We do all like slot racing, but think of all the really good cars you could get for that money!

Good grief!

I only JUST bothered to look at the price - madness.
Everything I said before should now be in capitals and emboldened, but I now need to go to the bathroom in a hurry!
