Hi guys
Do scalextric sell bodies for there cars ?
Have found parts for chassis wheels etc but no bodies if so could someone tell me where on there website I would found them.

I've never seen Scalextric bodies sold as spare.

Pendles have a few in their Slotcars Special Offers Section, they also have a few MRRC too

Some of the bodies were also sold as part of Hornby model kits. I put a TVR body on a Slot.it HRS chassis.

Try looking for shells or maybe rolling chassis. They can also be found in scrapyards or even bodies.

Ade - I took more than a few of these Maserati 250F and Vanwall shells from this eBayer. They were all packed in official Scalextric bags.

Unfortunately I do not remember the article numbers, but pretty sure they started with Wxxxx

I doubt it ....... like so many companies now, they make a batch of x thousand and that's your lot.

What bodies are you after specifically ....... you never know, someone out there might have what you need.

Im after any really got alot of copy's of cars so thought if I could buy just the body shells would be abit cheaper
and could use up my spare cars which are mainly gt cars, dbr9, xkr8, 911, audi r8, slr,

Ade,check out Slotcity,they have some of the old type subaru and bmw 318 bodyshells shown on the web site in the pre-year2000 spares section.

Keep checking the Slot City website. We have just purchased a huge amount of Scalextric spares that have been in storage since the early 90s. They will take a while for us to sort & catalogue but amongst the many boxes of bodies are Ferrari F40, Jag XJ220, Porsche 962, Jag XJ9, Escort Cosworths, Mini Coopers, Ford Mondeos and many, many more.

Well a bit confused got email back from scalextric today and they said they dont make spare bodies for sale
so what are these you can buy on ebay or pendles etc
Its in a sealed scaly bag with a number W10109
