I believe that Scarab was based on a Cooper chassis as were several cars of that period. The Cooper is 91' WB.

Nope, wasnt a cooper chassis. The only rebodied Cooper I can think of off hand were the Lang, a rebodied "King Cobra/Cooper" which origianlly was a custom Cooper Monaco with heavier tubing. (well I am reporting what Shelby says, my cooper books dont mention the heavier tubing). I have always been suspecious on this as Shelby says 3 cars, but tracebly has 5!
