Found these discontinued Testors decal sheets lying around my local hobby shop today.

Rustoleum bought out Testors last year & it seems they aren't producing any of the former Testors products.

I found some water slide paper on Amazon for a good price

I used the Testors decal bonder but found the decals way too soft so tried clearcoat which worked well.

I have seen the Testors spray paints with "Rustoleum" in the labeling
