i´m pretty sure that the spanish post is ok, i was wondering what was going on. i was looking forward to hosting spain, but if there is some problems with time then by all means do what you have to do. i too have had plenty of work issues here recently so all of the tracks are in pretty much a bad state, but by no means cancel spain because of that, a couple of hours cleaning will sort it all.
why does it have to finish by august??

sunny bloody spain it is indeed!, about 40 degrees where the tracks are, will be looking out for the postman, and i suppose i´d better get the duster out!
