SCX go ChampCar too

Saw this over at SlotCarWorld.com


Can only wonder why they chose to join/challenge Nincoand bring out a series of ChampsCars. No doubt the licenses are cheaper than F1 and many Spanish-speaking drivers are involved, but still, why?

I agree the mighty Dollar is the attaction and motivation, but I think IRL, NASCAR or better still as they would have no slot rivals) NASCAR Trucks would have been a better choice.

I wonder if there is not the thought that adults will buy for children's presents thinking they are F1-type cars. I do not accuse TechniToys for deliberately misleading, rather that most of the public do not know F1 and will buy and be just as happy with a CahmpCar as it looks like an F1.
