QUOTE (beneke @ 4 Mar 2012, 16:24) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Hi Slot 32,

In South Africa about R400(new) approx 35 pounds sterling.
What does a new one cost in the UK? Unfortunately we have to pay a price here. The market is small for this hobby.
If it is reed switch activated, does the car's magnet trigger the switch?
Is it worth buying ?
What other brand of counter/timers are available?I have a Scalex one but it is to noisy for my liking.
I want a gantry type that is only supported on one pillar..thats why the SCX one appeals.

Cheers
rrp is approx £60
