heres some of my rally cars i think ive got about 25 - 30 different rally cars ... i ve now turn my collection to one rally only the the british round of the wrc be it the the LOMBARD,NETWORK Q or RALLY GB .. other wise i think my credit card would just melt with all these jaw droping rally cars...

Watch it Phil, Rubberduck has his eye on your cars

Here are a few rally cars that were raced last weekend. It's been two years since this track was up and a few new cars got put through their paces.



I love small cars on a short twisty track

The Xsara is the Pro-Race version (SCX 50250), rubberduck. But wait, save your money...

It's poo! This car gets so sideways, even at slow speeds, that it is comfortably the slowest rally car that I have. On Scalextric Sport it's like driving on ice.

Not completed a full "season" using my new DS lap counter so I have not got comparable fastest laps for each car yet, but it took 191 seconds to do 10 laps of the current circuit (1 de-slot) and even the old Ford Focus (C.2489) did the same distance in 167 with 1 de-slot. Fastest is a joint affair with the Scalextric Ford Escort MK I (C.2643) and Scalextric Ford Focus WRC (C.2802) doing 10 in 106 seconds with no de-slots.

The Auto Art Peugeot 206 WRC (13512) is completing 10 laps at 181 seconds and being replaced twice. But it is a stunning looking car with Richard's name on it.

Fantastic little cars, I have them fast and furious (Green As motors and all slot.it gears and alum. wheels) and I have them mild with short can motor, each version is like having a new car.

Looks = 4 (not as nice, in my opinion, as the Alitalia livery but good looking non the less)

Seem to remember rallyP had some piccies earlier on this thread! Still, you can't have enough Stratos's / Stratii (whatever).

Well I'm still eagerly awaiting delivery of my first rally car an Alitalia Lancia Stratos. I just love that car...it's so....rally. I intend to fit a full set of Overdrive lights, an SSD chip and...make it wireless. A bit ambitious I guess. I hope there's room inside. What do you think? I may change the internals for a Slot.it HR6 chassis.

I plan to add over the coming months - Renault Alpine A110, Fiat 124 Spyder, Toyota Celica, a Porsche, an escort and a mini. First up I have to build my rally valley.
