There is a BSCRA slot club in Edinburgh called Barnton, you can find the address and contact name on the BSCRA site.

i have been looking for a club to join in edinburgh aswell.so far i have just came across the barnton one.i don`t think they race scalextric or fly cars etc.i think its the type you build yourself, i may be wrong though.

Yes, the Barnton club races mainly BSCRA type cars [ fast motors, metal chassis, vac formed bodies and foam rubber tyres], however it's possible that they may have a Scalex evening in there calender or they may know if theres a Scalex club in the area so it's worth a visit.

Hi Gary,
I'm afraid that the only scalextric type club local to you is in Larkhall (just off the M74 near Hamilton).
I realise this is a see bit of a drive, but there are a few members who travel out from Edinburgh - and a few of you could take turns driving over.

Club nights are Thurs and Sunday 6 to 10

If anyone is thinking about a club in the Aberdeen area I would be interested. I live in Ellon about 16 miles north of Aberdeen.

I'm just a starter though.
