PSLOT, you are a true modeler; I am not. I get bored with filling, sanding, priming, sanding and…more filling, priming,…… So this will do for me. Besides, all my cars are fair game for racing when the granddaughters visit. I’m still picking up bits and pieces from this past weekend’s free-for-all.😄

thanks for that.
I never did put that car on the track.
Its still on the shelf.
the rear and the lower sides were pretty simple.
Just a bit of plasticard and a very sharp knife.
Most tedious part was getting the front section right.
like you say cutting filling and sanding
cheers

I wouldn’t even think about tackling the nose! LOL. Talk about a tedious challenge.😱

Well, my modeling skills are nowhere near pslot’s, but mine is a good conversation starter for talk about Oscar, Auto World, Can-Am privateers campaigning last year’s hot cars, etc.

Pretty quick with only a wood track guide, front axle height adjustment, silicone tires and a little lead. Track record is 3.896 by a slot.it Porsche 917 with SW ball bearing pod and 25K NSR Shark.
