Hi Guys.
I went along to the Hereford unit last night, and gave Phil and Keith a hand with the track set up.
The track is in the form of Llantrisant MK 1, as it was first commisioned by Steve way back in 2005/6. IMHO it is a nicer track in its slightly shorter form, a better flow to it in the infield technical section. It is still a big track, with a monster main straight with a super fast 180 deg bend at the end of it. We gave the track a thorough clean and checked and equalised voltage to all 6 lanes, then 5 of us put some laps in and the grip stabalized after about 15-20 laps on each lane. Our efforts seem to have cured Llantrisants 'old' problem of continuity power loss on some sections, at least for the moment!
You SIC guys should have a great time on the track, best of luck to all entrants.
Kind regards Bill.
Hi Bill,,
I beg to differ we suffered no power loss on the track when it was set up at Llany. When the voltage was checked
at each lane there was a 0.2 drop equal around the whole track!"!!!

Steve
Just noticed the postcode is incomplete on the SIC website - no F!, should be:

HR1 2SF

Keith

Tbh if theres not at least 6 they probably should run with everyone else but just do a separate final , I hated junior events when i was younger which is why ive only just started doing individual things properly recently

If possible we try to include the juniors on to the end of the senior heats but it all depends on how many heats the seniors fill and how many spare lanes are available in the final heat.
The problem we have this year is that there are very few juniors racing, mainly because most of them moved up race as seniors this year.

What time does practice kick off on Saturday?
Hi,

Practice on the Saturday will be between 10am - 4pm.

Is there room for a little one?
I sent a PM to Phil, but havent had a reply yet.
I would like to Practice on Saturday & intend on bringing my pit crew of Lee Andrews, Mark Andrews & Richie Welsh with me. I will be needing someone to build me a decent car & prep some decent tyres.

Rob Wallader.
