I saw the prototype run this year and it was impressive. Very smooth and highly detailed, while the car itself isn't my cup of tea it's a wonderful model and I'm sure it will be very popular.

BRAVO!! I too thought I was looking at the 1:1 pic. This is the street model, I understand the black and red calsonic racing version is on the way as well. Wild horses will not keep me away from that model.

Also, I feel that their prices are reasonable when you compare detail and overall running quality to folks even like FLY (maybe I'm just stupid).

BRAVO!!

Okay! That's one for the paddock!

I'm avoiding the 962 because of my aversion to the "P" word (we all can't like
`em). 3 Porsches in my personal paddock is quite enough, thank you... I
suppose it will be enevitable that we will see every livery the car ever raced in,
which for you Porscheophiles will be just swell.

I love the quality of just about everything Slotit. If you checked through most
of my cars you'll find something in them from Slotit.

C'mon Maurizio, can't ya give us something else with the Slotit quality that ain't
a bloody "P" word?

Just me who thought the rear-end shot looked kinda poo?

That the side on shot looked marginally better than the Reprotec offering?

Still, itching like I've got ants in me pants to see the real thing in full race livery, mind.

Well . . . it's not as convincing as the other shots I suppose.
Nothing that a bit of shut line blackening wouldn't cure, though.
Would you like me to do it again, Wankel?

QUOTE ...bit of shut line blackening...

Yeah, that'd do it. Make it look really, really poo!

I know, why don't you stick some bland turned ally hubs on a shortened axle - so they sit a scale foot inside the arches - while you are at it. Make it a real vac-contender!

Contrary to my issues with the photos, I am looking forward to making the race liveried Nissan my first Slot It purchase - decided against the Blaupunkt Porker; at least until I sees one in the flesh, as it were.

You do have an eye for miniscule details, old chap!

But, got to agree, too many of the blobs do look like that (though not all)
We should both be banned for mentioning such abortions in the same topic as a marvellous Slot.it!

Maurizio, these quips and asides only add more kudos to your beautiful work!
