Hi, is there any software out there that would interface with the DS 300 to count the Number of laps over a certain amount of time ( The Pt-I programming on the box ) and then you can put the distances into the computer manually and then it tots up all the results? I only ask as that is the way that we race at our slot club.

You could use a Excel spreed sheet but u would have to do it manualy it would not connect to a ds box

There are plenty of software packages that interface with the DS300 to count laps. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Is there something special about the PT-I mode?

Yes. The way we run our races is the power cuts at 2 mins and laps are recorded, as well as distances on the track. So for example 12.53. then added up at the end and totalled.

We also run a "best of" format. I only ask as we are running the trans am in september and I need something computerised.
