Slotcar shops in London

Grazie, Jak.... Sounds like Mr Russ is going to get a sudden russh of visitors.
My kind of shop! There was a great one in Ealing until a little while ago. Mounds of old Scaley and other old slot gear. The owner used to sit behind the counter building his model trains, far too occupied to actually serve anyone, let alone raise the shutters. Always looked closed from the outside... now it is. Sadly.

That's the one, Robert. It looks pretty dead these days. But as you say, it was never easy to tell at the best of times...
