Hey there!

Truly fantastic photos JEXY1

Maybe you could impart some info on how you took these for anybody else that might fancy their hand at a long exposure shot with lights.

Cheers,

Julian.

Hi Slik

Thanks for the comments.

Without sounding too cocky - night time shots are actually the easiest thing to do.

Set the camera on a tripod, set it to auto exposure, set the apature to the smallest setting (largest f number) f22 f32. wait for the something to come into view and shoot. use a cable release or the self timer to take the pic, your fingers on the camera will make it move.

As many shots as you can afford (easy with digital). Simple.

Pop the shots into Photoshop and brighten them up a little, adding a bit of contrast also helps.

Still very good pictures, I'd be interested to know how long the expopsure time was? Judging by the light trails, it must have been 1 or 2 seconds due to the length of the lights trails. Could anyone tell me the reference numbers of the Ninco CLK's used as the one that is sideways in the pictures looks superb?

No reference number but it is the white 24hour service fit one.
