On Saturday myself & Si will be racing in Essex.
We hope that this time have a little more luck than the last time,
But whatever happens we will have fun & spread the news of the new club name.

Well not to much success in Essex although Si only just missed out on the semi final.
I was carp as usual.
We did get the opportunity to try yet another style of SlotStox though,
PlastiStox, which are mainly plastic as the name suggests.
I have got a chassis suitable to try to build one so that's my next project.
Thanks to Rob Porter for the invite to the event, also to Jack Branch for the loan of a car for the day & finally to everybody involved for making us welcome.
I did manage to get my hands on the trophies, but only to present them to the winners.
All in all a great day & some successful networking for when we run our own open event.
