High All

Forgot to ask this question in my working diary but were does everyone get the sound files for there RMS program's from? What I was hopeing to do was to have more sounds of cars then on the programs now for example if I am racing the Merc F1 car then when she crosses the line have a Merc F1 car sound. Does anybody do this and were would you go to get these sort of files?

Any help would be very good and save me a headache.

WARNING: Be careful with racing sounds link as SYMANTEC have it down as having DriveBy Downloads on it:
Drive-by Downloads
A drive-by download is computer code that takes advantage of a software bug in a Web browser to make it do something that the attacker wants-such as run malicious code, crash the browser, or read data from the computer. Software bugs that are open to browser attacks are also known as vulnerabilities.

If you are a bit into audio, you can sample your own sounds. Record from tv or console, use a sample editor and there you go. Thats how I make most of the sounds for Rcs64, which will have individual sounds when passing Start/finish, beta version already does.

hi
found an interesting site today and all the files are in mp3 format as well instead of carpy wav format.

Site is free to download from once a simple registration has been done, email etc.

It does seem to be limited to nascar sounds on my brief look around but with a cheap app off the nokia store wich was a quid it lets me modify mp3 files so can add fade in and out so now have got the perfect file to add to ssdc for the drive by sound..

The site is called www.soundogs.com
