Just grabbed a Spirit BMW 635 CSi from Pendleslot

I have changed the wheels front and back and lowered the body 1-2mm. I had some Pendleslot BBS wheels in my spare parts box so added those to the rear, the fronts are slot.it wheels with the inserts from the original wheels. Pretty happy with how it looks, it now runs really smooth.

Cheers

I love the look of that car. You will have to let us all know how it runs and maybe how you lowered it etc.

Running quite smoothly, I ended up putting some brass tubing in the front axles to stop the slop, it does have some set screws to adjust the up and down however I kinda mess it all up a little so the brass keeps it nice and smooth.

The motor is rated at 20k @ 12v so it is quite snappy I may end up putting a NC-5 in it.

I am pretty sure the rear wheels are from Pendleslot, I got them in a box of spares I bought of ebay. If you search Pendle Spares you should see them BBS wheels. I don't think you will get the inserts out - least I can't work out how to

I would like to lower it a little more Stoner but the motor is hitting on the interior, trying to decide what to do about it, I will probably take the interior out and replace with a flat card (I read somewhere take a digital photo of the interior and stick it on some card -I might try that.)

cheers
