I was wondering if the Peugeot is 1/32nd scale?

Here are some more pictures (pre-production):-

Kind regards

Looks 1/32 to me Russell. If it was 24 it'd have metal gears, 43 and a smaller guide.

Cool motor pod! Nice to see spirit are taking care of things nicely. They seem to improve at a great rate........

Hi Gary,

I mean't rather than "oversized"; i.e. 1/30th scale.

Why would it have metal gears if it was 1/24th?

Kind regards

Russell

Ah right. You'r probably right on the oversize thing. I have a spirit lola B2K/10 and thats overscale too.

I'm rather ignorantly just assuming about the gears from the others I've seen

Russel,

I saw it yesterday, I touched it. IMHO it doesn't seen oversized, it looks like real 1/32 scale. But I've not measured it.

It looks as if Ninco have had a say in the performance side of things-the rubber band 4WD system and the unscrewable motor pod from the chassis. I wonder how it compares to recent Ninco 4WD's?

That Peugeot looks OK but the front air intake looks far too deep from the Aloy Shop picture and black is quite a boring colour. Why not bring out an Audi Quattro Group B instead?

What? You're joking, right?

Honestly, this is the worst piece of crap I've seen for years. This car is so far away from the original that in comparison the mediocre team slot 205 T16 looks perfect.

When I first saw the picture I took it for a joke.

Ask Fly to make it then. Team Slot/Spirit aren't as successful as other slot car manufacturers so they probably cant afford to put as much money into detailing etc but they are both plausible models.

I love the Pikes Peak 205. Do all Top Slots come as kits though?

Wouldn't mind adding one to the collection. Owned 3 real 205 GTIs over the years - best go kart around!
