The Gulf Aston is a different body. I don't know if the Dyson car will be done, but a decal sheet of the BP livery is already available, so you could make your own with the white kit that is very likely to be released.
I respect Screwneck's dislike of the livery, but I think many others - including me - actually like this particular livery. The fact that Pirro drove that car has little to do with the choice I think.
