SRC announced their Porsche 914/6 set, winners of the Marathon de la Route 1970; a 86 hours race held on the Nürburgring.
Porsche scored a dominating 1-2-3 finish on the "green hell", the nick name of the German circuit.

This is what SRC reported about their new set:
* Note to the car:
We present the reference 900112 with the winners of the 86h of the Nürburgring of 1970 in the Marathon de la Route.
SRC models with details of the replica in a different version with a different detail for this occasion. With these 3 cars people can have fun on their circuits.
For our clients there will be 400 units available with their numbers in each GLASSPACK that identifies the limited and numbered edition.
The small book that it includes has been summarized with the best intention that the client also knows a little about us and our passion for what we do.
Release date: December 8, 2021.

Not my cup of tea but I have to say that SRC is delivering a nice package here for a nice xmas present.
It must be also quite expensive.

Just under 200 Euro for 3 cars, not bad as the Gulf Porsches where about 80.

Im more into Speed racing but honestly, between this SRC car set and the Nsr “special edition” McLaren, I would buy the SRC and still got 50 euros for spares😉

A pity that slot manufacturers don't produce a few more of these lovely sets marking historically important automotive occasions.

And just while this topic deals with the 914-6, a pic below of the Hispano-Aleman bodied 914-6 styled by Frua, that appeared at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show.
