Hi SSDC Users

Had a strange experience tonight

We decided to run a DAYTON 500 NASCAR Race

Now as SSDC only goes up to 999 laps we couldn't do a scale 500 miles as that would have been 1650 laps

So we decided to run a timed race and see how many laps we could clock up

The SSDC was set to 120 on the timer but the ace stopped after 1hr 20mins

Upon further checking SSDC counts in 100's so you get the following

60 on SSDC = 1hr race
90 on SSDC = 1hr 30 min race
100 on SSDC = 1hr race

We are using the PBPro SH with the latest SSDC version is this just a little bug Andy ?

Hi Michael,

Yeah, we had the same issue with our Mini Le Mans 8 hour race we had at ASSC and I'm not 100% sure but I think Andy confirmed it as a " undocumented feature"... I think something to the tune of a syncing/timing issue between the PB and SSDC...anyhow I think Andy or Riko might confirm that later...

The second Mini Le Mans we had, we ran 16 x 30 minute sessions....you won't believe how well you sleep after a session like that!

I could be totally wrong here but I'm guessing that the first digit counts hours and the second two count minutes.

So for a 1 and 1/2 hour race you could enter 090 or 130?

For a 2 hour race 200?

Pretty sure that was the way it was expected to be used. So two and a half hours can be 230 or 190!
