has anyone chip these scaly gt start cars?
if so how do they perform please?

can't remember who but these cars have been chipped,re-liveried and had lights fitted by one member.

The quality of the parts varies quite a lot on these cars,personally i would give them a miss.each to his or her own though.

Though I try them because the muppets who come round and race my cars cant find the brakes.
so if I pick up 6 of these and colour/number them and chip mite last abit longer looks like you can get an f1 chip in there.

I chipped 2 start F1's, and the only prob I have with them is that they regularly miss a lap, and sometimes they miss a lanechange as well.
Tried various depths of the LED protruding, but could not get it to work 100% unfortunately...

So they are good for the muppets, but no good for serious racing...

Hi guys
Yep have chipped one so far had to sand tyres change the guide disc the one on there didnt have the same briads
and have put some lead in front and so far pretty good .
Now I need to paint them has any one got any pic's of these cars painted ??
