In germany, Slotracing is very club-biased, too (you know, germany are worldchampions in having clubs for even the most useless crap).
The bigger tracks, I would estimate, are 65% carrera, 25% routed and a bit Ninco.
in Homeracing it's also carrera in front, with Racy (Artin) taking second playe and Ninco going third (but scalex sport is catching up quick(ly? never know...)
Here are some typical german tracks. Generally, I would say, we teutons aren't too much into decorating our circuits...
