Looks ok to me Ray - guess you could call it the stretch limo Manta Ray ! Reducing the bubble dimensions , has made it appear to be longer , or have you increased the length of the original ? I've been thinking of doing a Manta Ray in 1/24 , basically original specs ! But , instead of the round bubble , maybe a slanting less rounded cockpit , peaking at the rear ! It will have to wait , as my brother moved house , and he has my gear in some box ! He borrowed it while I have been working overseas! Zig

Hi Zig,

Are you done with the oversea work? I still have to send you a SuperCuc original size body. This body is the Flexi sized Manta-ray. I widened it in the rear and/or ran the edges straight back, added a small rear spoiler. The canopy/bubble is the same as the original one I also make the original size manta-ray 1/24 and a stretch version too. Let not forget the 1/32 scale versions
oh ya the convertible one too. Haven't got around to the custom canopy versions yet
There is always room for more Manta-ray adaptions.

Hi Ray ----- na , still at it jobwise overseas ! Have to go back over in about 3 weeks !

I am quite surprised , that the dome on that Manta Ray is still the same size , maybe straightening the edges , and general widening has deceived me ! Still Ray , a nice job ! That Snake is lookin' good as well ! I love the Monogram Snake - still wish the original drivers , were given a paint job . To me , placing the driver's head onto a beautifully painted body , was an after-thought ! Then again , it does make The Snake , Assassin and the Vampire unique with those Pale drivers ! Zig

Forgot to mention Ray , Love your Mini Dream Car/ Dynamic entry ! Beautiful paint job , looks quick to me ! That 26D you have in that car , looks like it is turbo charged ! Can't see any booster though ! Zig

FFFA Zig,

The boosters are hidden under the body and pop out when needed
seamless body line you know and can be activated remotely from my computer

And thanks for straightening out the Mini Can Am body name, I forgot lol. The body style has a natural wedge shape, don't need a wieghty car, down force from the body will hopefully keep it glue to the track

Here are a couple of pic's of the Manta-ray II done by Mr Frank, Franks the man when it comes to paint schemes

The next showing of the SuperSnake and/or KingSnake will have a drivers head lol.

Ray, the Spy v Spy car looks great, with some interesting details in there. I'm sure you'll have some requests for copies of that bod.

MR Frank... Love what you've done to that Manta Ray II, very effective. Its as bright as my blacklight is dark.

Ray - always thought the onewing bodies where proportionally unbalanced , as aesthetics go -- I have never tried one in truth ! Are they functional on the track ? Guess that is the main arena for them ! A roadster version of the Spy Vs Spy would be interesting ! Zig
