Live feeds are easy with a computer and a web cam. Lots of laptops have them built-in, too. Then you go to justin.tx, or ustream.com, or a similar streaming video service, set up an account, and post the link when you're about to start. Usually it's just a matter of going to the site, logging in, and clicking a "broadcast" button/link to start the stream. Easy peasy.
