That's just great

considering that in Italy there have already been rumors of people concealing magnets under the lead ballast, I'll suggest a stopgap rule that races cannot be held below 10 kelvin

Strange! I thought the magnets used by Hornby in the mid 90s were plastic, but perhaps not. They certainly dremel like plastic and I've just snapped two in my fingers very easily!
