They have a separate queue and till for Club card entry. I have used the tokens every year and have never queued for more than a couple of minutes. Mind you I don't arrive till a bit after opening time and miss the initial scrum!
Has anyone got there tickets yet as its getting a bit close
Can anyone confirm the opening time on the Saturday, I think I saw 11am on the festival post, but the museum site states the opening time as 10am. Is this correct please?

Regards, Lloyd
See first post, museum opens at 10, but I don't think they'll let people upstairs till 11. Could be wrong though.

Cheers

Mine came as a printable page via email, maybe 2 days after I bought it. Sounds like time for a phone call.
Doors open at 10am in order to let you have some time in the museum before the doors open to the Festival.
The doors will open to the festival once the organisors and Heritage staff are happy that all stands are complete & clear of clutter etc.
If all goes to plan this will be around 10.45-11am. There will be announcements over the tannoy to keep you informed.

Loud Bloke, as Kit says, I think if you order on line, tickets are sent as emails to be printed out and brought with you. Might be worth checking your spam folder first before you ring them though as these automated emails can often end up in there depending on how severe your filtering is!
Just Bought mine on-line this morning for myself n daughter for Saturday n just printed off immediately while still on there website

Bought ours a couple of weeks ago, and printed it off the website at the end of the process. The email that came immediately after checkout was missing the all important bar code from the bottom. Another email arrived a couple of days later that *did* include the bar code. I seem to remember the same thing happening last year.
Yep - What Stooo said - I almost chucked the second page (with the barcode on!) in the bin

looking forward to it Guys!!

Best Regards,

Chris
