After having search for some time, after Lorries to add to my track scenery.
I finally found these two beauties in 1:32 scale. I think that they look really nice
and I hope that they will go well with my layout.
The two Lorries cost 20 pound each , shipment not included…

So what do you lads think about the looks of them ?...

Alan...

I ordered them from anticsonline

They also have some nice Land Rovers in that scale

René you have some nice Lorries there, I especially liked the Renault. And among other slot related things too of course…speaking of which.
Are you by any chance willing to sell one of your Scalextric classic Le Mans start ?
If so send me a Pm

Scott...it would be great if you could post some pictures of your crane and car transport when/if possible.

Here in the front you see the Mercedes Actros from Shell:
He hasn't reached it's final destination yet... but there he stands for now...
I think it's a great model!

A Scania Stralis, with low bottom... ideal for converting into race-car-truck.
If Petit Spa is finished, I'll start working on items like these... painting the sides of the truck like a 1:1 race team like Alfa Romeo...

The Fly Alfa fits right in it!

Gunther…

Glad to hear that you are satisfied with the Lorries. I am now "certain" that I will be so as well. I like the idea you have for the Scania Stralis, guess that would turn out well. (Race team. Alfa Romeo…very nice) I have not seen any Lorries in race version, and I have been looking for a long time. Also Gunther I must say that the picture you posted overlooking your track is superb, it is great to see difference in elevation and so forth…

Cheers

I have 3 new ray lorries too - scale and detail is very good.

I was dissappointed with the double decker car transporter trailler - the one I have does not have a gap between the wheel rails like 1:1 ones. I am not being a rivet counter - I had just assumed the gap would be perfect for letting the guide flags hang through!

new ray also do great 1:32 bikes and quad-bikes. Also 1:32 die cast cars, but not so impressed with that range.

I think it's interesting that New Ray market the Mercedes and Man trucks (lorries) in Europe. Here in the states they market Peterbilts and Kenworths. Nice looking trucks, except that the trailer beds rest too high above the tires. At least on my Peterbilt they do.

I haven't come across the New Ray bikes yet, but would like to have a few. (They take up much less space).

Hah, hah. Just found the New Ray motorbikes at urghh - Walmart. Nice! Got myself a Kawasaki, Suzuki and a Honda quad each less than $2.

Try "Wilkinsons" for the trucks. Seen them in there for £9.99 and they say 1/32 scale I am sure though they do look a touch big maybe?
As to the bikes and quad bikes picked up some the other week at the local market. Made by NewRay. There are quite a few styles and they are very realistic and in scale for only a couple of quid a piece. Got a couple of Ducati and a Kawasaki trial bike but only managed Honda and Yahama quad bikes.
Happy hunting.
