I use Ultimate Racer too. It does support most Micro Scalextric track and it's pretty easy to add any pieces that are missing.

OK, my mistake. Ultimate Racer doesn't have Micro Scalextric listed by default. Just use the Marchon library instead (Marchon track is what MS evolved from).
