Turtle Nats 2012

Hi everybody

Turtle Dragway in Nuits St George, France, will be holding its second Nats ( Turtle Nats ) over 3 dates in 2012, on our new faster track.

Here's it all:

// Feb 24 to 26th in Nuits St Georges, over the full 8 classes ESDU program with friendly competitors from abroad invited :

Bracket/Pure Stock/Super Sixteen/Gr12/Gr20/TFD/MM/PS/AA/FC

// March 31st/April 1st (not an April fool) in Nuits St Georges, a local race with mostly French racers over 6 classes :
Bracket/Super Sixteen & Gr12, + the 3 classes that are ran in Lyon : Pure Stock/Gr20/TFD

// May 19/20th in Lyon over local classes + Pure Stock/Gr20/TFD

Hi Everybody

Here are some details on classes & scedules for the 2 races in 2012 in Nuits St Georges:

First there is a new Franco-french class called "Gr19 Neo" that will be Lexan/70g/with the new Koford Gr19 Neo motor, we're expection times in the .750"/80mph for a reasonable budget as this motor retails for 34€

Another interesting point will be an hour of Top Speed contest just before Gr7-AA/FC, free motor car and weight with a trophy for Top Speed, we're expecting close to 120 mp/h

Pour chaque catégorie, contrôle technique puis qualifications sur 2 runs puis tableau « Tennis ».
Tableau de 32 qualifiés pour Bracket, PS & SS si 17 voitures engagées ou +, tableau de 16 qualifiés pour les autres catégories
English :
Each class goes : Tech + Qualifs + 32 or 16 car ladder depending on class

Jusqu'à 3 catégories : 12€, a partir de 4 catégories : 25€

Sure, here are the details, it's a very simple class :

Gr19 Neo class

Free chassis with BBS with front wheels

Free lexan body with an interior

Min weight : 70g

Motor is : M653 Gr19 Koford Neo (Hawk based) with bushings, "19" tagged Koford arm that can be balanced.
Free springs & brushes, shunts allowed

Yes I have, as you have spotted, unfortunately looks like brain has trouble keeping up with old fingers !

As youll guess, ET mentioned is accurante at 1.022", but speed for that low power class is 52mph, not 152mph....
