I'm looking for these specific parts for my Tyco HP7 cars. These are what the shoes hook onto.

I have a couple that broke and I need to replace them as there isn't a spot now for the shoes to hook onto.

Once I know what these are, I can begin to search for them.

Those would be called pickup shoe holders. I checked on a number of sites and also did a Google search without turning up any holders, possibly they were never available as replacement parts. A great source for obscure HO stuff is Slot Car Central, they did not have the holders listed but it might be worth contacting them directly.

These are the shoe spring assembly, and sometimes called the hangers.

I've never seen any in a kit of any kind.

Have you been running the chassis super low?

They tend to hang up on track rail joints if run too low.

It's an old thread, but no harm in asking. Did you ever find those shoe hangers? I broke one while installing a motor.
