I want to put some tyres in some oil to make them soft again, but i can't get them off the wheels. will it be ok to put the plastic wheel in the oil with the tyre on?
Before adding any additives to tyres always glue the tyres to the hubs - this is a worthwhile precuation for all cars you race competitively with but is essential if you starting rubbing things in to the tyres.
