I've soaked fly tyres in particular in wd40.. they expanded to twice originonal size

still i put them back on the rims the best i could and put them on a rad, went back 2 days later tyres were so tight on the rims i could hardly lift the edge!
In addition, the texture of the tyre had completely changed... v soft & nearly tacky!
