Hi Guys
Heres one specially for zagato
this one washed up at haynes museum a couple of weeks ago on its way to the auction at the goodwood revival
i think the asking price was £20 k
looks like the biggest airfix kit you ever saw
marketed as a homage to roy slavadori and carrol shelby who died earlier this year

Enjoy

Cheers tony

I think I would want the engine AND the chassis included at that price, along with a spare guide and a couple of sets of spare braids.

Now I wonder where I could get 1:1 Classic track and a 480v 5,000A PSU from ?

Not interested it looks more like 1:30 not one ever raced in that colour with that number.

Just a dig at all the rivet counters.

Hi
yuo havn,t actually spotted the deliberate mistake
The car number is correct for the 1959 lemans winner ,and the "model " actually had the names of salvadori and shelby on the side *not correct for period ,additionally it has a yellow nose ,which the LM winner didn,t have
When i queried this they admitted it was wrong ,but felt it looked better ,which is an excuse i,ve not ever heard SF people make

Cheers tony
