I'm planning on having a go at re-livery. The main part of livery will be unique. The company I plan to use the logo of went out of business over 20 years ago and all I have is one scan of a 25 year old photo which has the logo in 2 positions, but neither are either; a) very good quality, or
straight-on.

My IT skills come to a dead stop after copying logos from the internet, so I wouldn't be able to replicate the logo myself, even if I knew what software I'd need to be able do it.

So, would someone here be willing to attempt to replicate the logo for me, please? I'm not expecting to get the job done for nothing, I'd just like it done. Obviously, I'm not expecting perfection (the rest of the job isn't likely to be 100% perfect), I'd happily settle for a close approximation. I'd need it to be in either jpeg or bitmap format to be able to work with it myself.

I've had a practice with various logos I found through Google and I'm fairly confident that I can produce my own decal sheet once I get the necessary paper.

TIA
Stuart.

Thanks for that Lee. TBH it never occurred to me.

I'm currently in correspondence with Phil Kalbfell. He's going to take a look at my picture as see if it has possibilities. If he cones up with a blank, I'll post the photo on this thread.

Cheers for your input.

How did I miss these replies yesterday?

Phil, that is excellent. As per my e-mail, I will be using your artwork on my car.

I'd like to publicly thank Phil for his efforts.
The photo I supplied him wasn't brilliant. I'm more than grateful.
