I remember reading a lot of articles about the Fisher contest and the model car mags always published the results. There were some real prizes too, somthing like $1,000 to $5,000 college scholarships, back when that would actually get you a college education, instead of just a dorm room for half a year...

PS: great cars Joel and thanks for sharing; saw these on last day and thought I'd get them for a song - ha ha ha! If the seller had had the intelligence to publish photos of the underside, they would have gone higher I believe...
