Hi All

As part of the promotion of the NSCC Championship i would like to send details to all the clubs out there.

We have a pretty big list of clubs and racing organisations on our NSCC web site, but i thought i would ask people to either let me know their details here - or drop me a line and i can update the list.

It's not just UK based, so European, USA, Asia, Africa, Etc, Etc please get in touch.

Thanks

Gareth

Hi all

Just a quick heads up to see how one club is running their championship:

Scale models were one of the first clubs to get up and running.

NSCC Championship at Scale Models Slot Racing-

We thought long and hard about how to do this- 6 different cars and 6 lanes -

We came up with this idea, and 4 weeks in it is working brilliantly it is the best racing we have had in ages.
The Race format is: 5 Minute Endurance (Marshalled) on Monday Evenings

We run the race program as two cars (from the specified 6) per night and each racer gets to run those cars on 3 lanes. The race is against the clock- 5 minute endurance and the track has been split in to 10'ths for very accurate recording of the results-the person with the most laps wins.

We are now at the end of one set of 6 cars on 6 lanes and the overall leader is 1 10th of a lap in the lead!

Once every one has raced all the cars on all the lanes, we are going to do it all again, which will mean every one gets a chance to record a time for each lane
in the event of holidays/ work/sickness =- you put your best time forward ,and the enthusiasm is growing each week -

Will be running another session before the finials, so any one who wants to join us, get in touch and we will be pleased to keep you informed.
