firmware offers more features and reliability ,no more id losses and runaways plus when used with the wireless throttles(soon) then adjustable breaks and lights on the fly.

The mosfets and diodes stuff is all about being able to run higher rpm motors plus they seem to run a lot smoother than standard ones.

just the firmware then I think so I can use them without losing my spoilers against the wall all the time.

the only person i have seen advertising the firmware upgrade is keeto..

The saloon solder in chips are the easiest to work as regards to getting them ready for the extra light features,this being the front lights that can be switched on and off via the throttle and also the rears wich can be configured to work as tail lights and break lights.

You were at Gaydon and this feature was being shown by Colin....
