V-Line Model Cars is a new company, based in la Torre d'Oristà Oristà, Spain (North of Barcelona), dedicated to the design and manufacture of miniature cars, both as static & slot. The project V-Line Model Cars aims to offer quality at an affordable price and this way transmit their enthusiasm for the cars to the thousands of people passionate about this hobby.

The launch model will be the Abarth 500 Endurance, the car that allowed Jorge Lorenzo climb the podium for the first time in Motorland, having reached the 2nd place in the Alcañiz's 500 kms, 2010. A limited series of 99 units signed (1/32 scale). Price: 150,00 Euros. Orders online on the V-Line site.

Crikey. Affordable to who? Not I. Mind, I think I can safely state I will never purchase a Fiat 500 in any scale you care to mention. Uh, uh.

Interesting mix of real cars used to illustrate the pages of their website. I wonder if any will be in their pipeline?

First we have one new manafacturer (Slot LCS) make claims of "quality" on a very amateur looking attempt, now one that claims "affordability" with a 150 euro slot car !
Has babelfish slipped up with spanish translation recently

It certainly looks the part. And the presentation looks all class. If I had an infinite number of monkeys turning out best sellers for me I'd be more than tempted to give one a try. Looks faster than the VLine I'm more familiar with (they ran trains... full sized ones).
