While I may comment on various items I never seem to get round to uploading my files, due to basic computer illiteracy. What should follow are pictures of the Signature Duesenberg and Packard, the latter resprayed in yellow as I really didn't like its original colour, before discovering in a reference book that showed that it was the more common option. There's a Dolomite, and an Aurelia, with a suitably hirsute driver, a K3 where I've tried to give a tweed effect to the driver's jacket and an Aston Ulster, driven by what I hope is a suitably demented looking redhead (before anyone comments on this, I like demented redheads, if anything there are too few around)>

I had a dolly sprint back in the day same colour as your model. Phenominaly quick I used to frequently meet a BMW Tii while driving from berkely square back to devon for the weekends. we used to have some fabulous Dices, the A303 was a lot quieter in those days. Is your Dolly Resin? or is it a die-cast?

Really good to see some of your cars Aero. I suspect the Dollie is an Ocar shell(?) Back in the late 70s and early 80s I worked as a car delivery driver for a BL franchise in Coventry. I remember most the Dolomites were sold as 'ECPs'; 'Employment Car Plan' purchases; mainly to middle management in British Leyland just up the road from where I worked. They were great fun to drive; especially the Sprint version.

I especially like your Aston Ulster - great detailing. Very nice indeed.

Thanks for comments, chaps and chappess. Thank you Dave Wisdom for your comment on detailing - I've now noticed that I forgot to paint the buckles on the bonnet straps - enlarged pictures are merciless. My bro' in law worked for BL and used to turn up in ECPs (Rover SD1 and Triumph TR7). I also did a project for LBS on the Mini which involved several trips to Longbridge, where I was shown round some interesting projects that sadly never came to fruition.

The Dolly is indeed an Ocar shell mounted on a stretched SCX Escort chassis (I've now got a spare Cossack body if anyone wants it). In my youth I always aspired to a Dolomite with their 'innovative 1784cc(?) motors' but when I went out to buy one I got sidetracked and bought a Triumph 1500- same bodyshell but what a disaster - it was a black hole so far as money was concerned, but the adjustable steering was fun to play with while you waited for the AA! Alfetta, you would have left it for dust down the A303.

And, Ember, demented redheads, nuff said!

Fortunately (or 'un' depending on the company) I'm not as red as I was as a child. And I must make a disclaimer: Our current PM whilst possibly demented and most definitely chutney is not a member of the fun club. She is most definitely the Lone 'Ranga.
